PROSPECT+ is organizing a webinar on how local and regional authorities can meet their climate and energy goals with reduced dependence on subsidies.

During the webinar, an overview of the innovative financing instruments available to local authorities across Europe will be provided. Also, presenters will showcase best practice examples and explain how participants can benefit from the free the PROSPECT+ capacity-building programme. Participants will also be able to express their questions about the current call for applications and learn from the experiences of the participants of the first edition.
