Note: The PROSPECT H2020 project started in 2017 and will end in November, 2020. It is a peer to peer learning program amongst municipalities, regions and organisations. It was meant to first identify the needs in sustainable energy and climate ( green) financing and subsequently enable via peer to peer learning programmes and the continuous financing knowledge sharing process amongst the peers, cities, municipalities and regions. The topic areas covered are buildings, lighting, transport and cross-cutting, smart cities and the innovative financing is EPC, citizen’s finance, third party financing, PPP etc.
