Danai Sofia Exintaveloni is a Research Associate at the Technoeconomics of Energy Systems laboratory (TEESlab) of the University of Piraeus (UNIPI). She is currently working on EC-funded projects on energy efficiency policy and local climate actions, such as the ENSMOV Plus and the PROSPECT+ projects. Her past experience in research projects includes the Triple-A, PROSPECT, ENSMOV, ENERGee Watch and TIPPING+ projects. Her research profile focuses on energy economics and policy, statistical data analysis and optimization, and industrial processes.
Danai has also participated in several international scientific conferences and events, including the eceee Summer Study, the Sustainable Places conference and the European Conference on Sustainable Cities and Towns (ECST).
She holds a Bachelor (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Management and Technology from UNIPI and a Master (M.Sc.) degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Businesses (AUEB).
