Yiannis Kontochristopoulos

Yiannis Kontochristopoulos holds both a Msc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Patras and a Msc. in Energy Generation & Management from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). His background includes professional experience in the Energy Efficiency sector, knowledge of several programming languages (C, C++, Python, Bash) and engineering software (e.g. AutoCad, Relux). His research interests lie in renewable energy production, energy efficiency technologies and techniques, system modelling, automation and machine learning. He is currently participating in the Horizon 2020 – Research and Innovation Framework Programmes “TRANSrisk” and “CARISMA”, specifically focusing in modelling and techno-economic analysis.
