Nikos Kleanthis

Nikos Kleanthis holds a Bachelor (B.Sc.) and a Master (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Energy Engineering, from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He is currently a Ph.D. researcher at the Technoeconomics of Energy Systems Laboratory (TEESlab) at the University of Piraeus (UNIPI) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Alexandros Flamos, participating in the EC funded Horizon 2020 projects “Triple-A” and “SENTINEL”, and the “POLIZERO” project funded by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. His research profile focuses on technoeconomic and decarbonization pathways analysis of energy systems, energy and climate policy assessment, and sustainable energy systems modelling. He has a computational research background and knowledge of different programming languages.
